Booking and Confirmation

Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule provided in your confirmation email. All payments are non-transferable. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Once payment is received, it is subject to our Refund Policy.
Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking, such as travel dates or number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees or price adjustments depending on availability and timing.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing by email. Refund eligibility is determined by the date we receive your cancellation notice and is governed by our separate Refund Policy. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.

We do our best to ensure all experiences are safe and enjoyable, but travel always involves certain risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these inherent risks associated with travel in natural and rural environments.
Health and Fitness Requirements
Our journeys often involve time spent outdoors, walking on uneven terrain, and activities in remote locations. You are responsible for assessing whether a particular experience is suitable for your physical condition and health. We recommend consulting your physician before booking if you have any medical concerns.
Travel Documents and Requirements

Photography and Marketing
By participating in our experiences, you grant Morgan Wallen Tours LLC permission to use any photographs or videos taken during your journey for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the trip begins.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Shreveport, Louisiana.
