At Morgan Wallen Tours LLC we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds for our slow travel experiences in a fair and transparent way.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email. The amount of refund you receive depends on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled departure date.
Because we work with small, authentic properties and local partners, we incur costs as soon as a booking is confirmed. For this reason our refund policy is structured to balance fairness for both you and the experiences we carefully arrange.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before departure may receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are generally non-refundable.
We always review each cancellation individually. In special circumstances such as serious illness, family emergency, or unexpected travel restrictions, we will do our best to offer more flexible solutions, including possible credit toward a future journey.
Changes or Modifications
If you wish to change your travel dates or modify your booking, we will try to accommodate your request whenever possible. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Please note that changes close to the departure date may not always be possible due to limited availability at our partner properties.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
No Refund Situations
We are unable to offer refunds for unused portions of a trip, no-shows, or early departures once the journey has begun. This includes situations where a guest decides to leave the experience earlier than planned for personal reasons.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. A good travel insurance policy can protect you against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and other unforeseen events.
